Are you passionate about providing outstanding service and support to our customers in a high tech environment? Our team does!
As Field Service Engineer, you will work both with preventive service assignments and conduct repairs for Mycronics Nordic customers. Moreover, your duties will include installing, upgrading and in other ways maintaining our customers machines. A lot of your time will be spent in the field but you will also have shift duty on the Customer Support Helpdesk. This include support by phone, e-mail and remote connection. You will also be responsible for educating costumers when needed.
This will be an amazing opportunity for you who love traveling, helping people and has a passion for technology. You will work on some of the most advanced machines in the world and get an insight in the High Tech industry of tomorrow.

* A post-secondary degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
* Some years’ experience in electronic production or as Field Service Engineer in high tech environment.
* General knowledge in networking, computers and software
* Valid B-level driver’s license.
* Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.

* Have the ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders and build professional relationships.
* Have the ability to work structured and meticulous also in stressed situations
* Are driven, flexible and a problem solver, we are drawing the map as we go along and there are not always someone around to ask.
