The candidate will be responsible for our marketing database, website and lead generating activities cross Nordic.Typical prospects will be Mid-Market enterprises in the above mentioned solution areas.The successful candidate will have 3 years of marketing and/or telemarketing experience, an undergraduate degree in an appropriate major and have demonstrated growth and stability as well as a strong sales drive and high energy.Fluency in English and Swedish are required.Critical skills include: - Active part in implementing and maintaining a new CRM system.- The ability to self-generate leads and manage cross Nordic telemarketing activities.Canvassing the territory is a critical job function that must result in significant lead generation.- The Nordic Sales assistant will be responsible for executing the initial steps of the sales cycle including activity planning with marketing, TM coordination, initial contact, qualification and needs assessment - Assist in proposal and RFP response activities.- Manage and maintain the Nordic marketing- and customer database.- Participate at fairs, seminars and other marketing activities cross Nordic - Assist management with sales statistics - Proven skills in qualifying new Software solution business.- The ability to work hard and to work smart.- Follow-through, persistence, and the ability to "sweat the details".- The ability to function at a high level of success without being micro-managed.We are looking for someone who has a "franchise owner mentality" and is a team player.This is a fantastic opportunity with a well-established software company that has a loyal and strong reference base of users and a supportive customer focused working environment.
