Norweigan speaking Brand Ambassador to a global company

About the position
We at Perido are now looking for Norweigan-speaking Brand Amassadors for our customer who is a major player in the automotive industry. This position is located in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
As a Brand Ambassador you need to enjoy building connections with and helping customers. In more detail, your main responsibility in this role will be to:
Respond to all enquiries, regarding car subscriptions, via telephone, email, chat, and video.
Build rapport with customers in a friendly and engaging manner
Manage lead generation and follow-up to convert leads to sales
Process enquiries appropriately using the state-of-the-art Salesforce CRM system
Acquire new customers by following up leads generated from direct marketing campaigns by outbound calling
Upsell customers by outlining benefits of premium grades, packs, and options
Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for improving our customer’s experience

You will work closely with the Customer Relations department to ensure all sales related customer requests can be handled effectively.
Your qualifications
To be successful in this position, we believe that you are a first-class communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norweigan and English, ideally also Swedish. You have a strong drive, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and always have the customers perspective in mind. Furthermore, you are friendly, professional as well as a great listener who believe that your team is one of your greatest assets. Ideally you have a background of inside sales and are curious about the automotive industry.

Requirements
Experience working for a premium brand, within a sales or customer-facing role
Minimum 2 years sales experience, ideally 1 year of inside sales
Verbal and written fluency in both Norwegian and English

Meritorious
Ideally experienced in Salesforce and/or other CRM systems
Verbal and written fluency in Swedish
Bonus if you also have automotive knowledge



Contract type and hours
Full time. Consulting assignment for 6 months. Start as soon as possible.
