People Integration Manager - NORDIC

We have an immediate requirement to temporarily add a People Integration Manager - NORDIC, whom will report into Regional HR Head - NORDIC. Prime focus for the role is to take the lead/participate in ISIT outsourcing deals which have a people transfer component. Depending on business requirements travel within Sweden, and NORDIC may be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all HR aspects of staff transfer from Client organization to TCS in Nordics:
- Prepare Employee Transfer Plans, Monitor Status, Track Progress.
- Reporting on various HR aspects of staff transfer (PPTs, Dashboards, paricipate in status update calls, meetings etc).
- Due Diligence Excercise.
- Develop Employment Terms & Conditions Harmonization plans.
- Developing Communciation Plans and execution of communications activities with tranferring employees in order to guarantee a positive company environment and to enhance employee commitment to fulfilment of the Company?s strategy;
- Participate in unions /employee representatives negotiations;
- Prepare joining formalities for the transferring employees, e.g. transfer letters (in line with TCS practice and legal/contractual requirements).
- Creation and Execution of Integration Plans in consultation with stakeholders; Developing Satisfaction Survey for Transferred Employees.
- Ensure employee transfer in line with the local regulations.
- Work with Cross Functional teams & other stakeholders on specific issues with respect to the process.
- Provide relevant inputs to the stakeholders, such as for example cost impact of the transfer of personnel, findings of Due Diligence required for contrat negotiation (if necessary take part in contract negotiations).
- Manage Restructuring processes and relating negotiations with employee representatives / unions.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 8 years experience from HR Deployment in the IT outsourcing industry, whereof significant part of the experience in a managerial HR role.
- University degree (preferably MBA HR, or similar) within a relevant field.
- Fluency in English (written/spoken). If the candidate also has basic knowledge of at least one of the Nordic languages it will be considered an advantage.
- Extensive hands-on experience from handling the employee transition aspect (incl due dilligence) of ISIT outsourcing deals.
