The Large Customer Sales team consists of several business area teams and a specialist organisation. This role is based in that specialist organisation. The business area teams own the relationships with the customers. The specialist organisation works side-by-side with the business teams to define, sell and scale best practices by being true specialist in each relevant area.
About the role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist you ensure that our client's biggest customers have performance marketing plans reflecting the very frontline of global best practice in performance marketing. You have a broad specialism in performance marketing, but you also have minimum one depth in a so called center of excellence role that could be within areas such as display advertising, omnichannel advertising, bidding, eCommerce etc. You also partner up closely with all performance marketing agencies to work with and educate them in your area of specialism. As a specialist you are connected to a global network of specialists where you continuously share learnings and help each other. You also connect with the product teams to provide feedback on the advertising products you work with.
Responsibilities Fully own and lead the creation of performance marketing plans for a handful of our client's biggest customers and pitch the plans to these customers.
Connect with performance marketing specialists all over the world to bring best practices to Sweden as well as share your learnings with the global community.
Create structural capital within performance marketing and your center of excellence, such as for example sales/execution frameworks or methodologies that can scale across a bigger part of the business.
Provide one-off support to specific customer challenges requiring specialist support, such as difficult objection handling, setting up an experiment or answering specific questions.
Educate performance agencies on the latest best practice in your center of excellence.
Minimum Qualifications Performance marketing experience from either the advertiser or agency side.
Sales or consulting experience, ideally related to marketing and/or advertising.
Fluent in Swedish and/or English.
Preferred Qualifications Extensive in-depth experience in an area within performance marketing such as for example bidding, eCommerce, display advertising, CRM or omnichannel advertising.
Performance marketing experience from more than one industry.
Experience from working with performance marketing across multiple markets channels.
Experience using cloud technology (GCP, AWS, Azure) in a marketing context.
Experience from working with different measurement platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) and methods.
Knowledge in SQL and/or database management.
