Responsibilities : - Prepare and calculate salaries for the Kungälv site incl. salary management. - Maintain the Chorus Personnel database for the Kungälv population incl. MFS - Support the fulfilment of local recruitment needs - Provide management and external authorities with monthly personnel related cost reports - Support the induction of new employees - Manage social relations at the Kungälv site - Process Personnel insurance invoices (10 taggere, Fora) - Mange the "systematisk arbetsmiljöarbete" at the Kungälv site - Rehabilitation of long term sick employees - Keep contact with Nordic Head of Personnel regarding personnel matters and Internal Communication . List of main activities : - Receive signed and authorised pay claim forms from managers and enter the data into the HOGIA pay administration system - Maintain the information in the Hogia system - Answer queries relating to pay - Support the situations of local impatriates - Assist staff and management with personnel related queries and contacts to regional social insurance office and other authorities (incl. Unions and Employer Associations)* - Follow-up anomalies in the Brana Time System - Collate and maintain monthly absence, manning and salary statistics - Assist management in the recruitment of new employees - Local negotiations with Unions (MBL) - Record personnel data information into the Chorus personnel system regarding the Kungälv population - Maintain personnel procedures and policies and ensure consistency with legislative requirements* * Done in co-operation with the personnel department in Stockholm
