PR and Communications

Position Description:

Wonder Technology Solutions (WTS), a Swedish-based startup focused on location-based technologies, is seeking a full-time PR and Communications for its Stockholm headquarters office.

Overview of Role

The PR and Communications will be responsible for designing and executing a strategic plan to position Trax: GPS Tracker for Children & Pets, the first product of WTS, with consumers, strategic partners and the media. The PR and Communications will work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Content development for website including blog posts, promotions, etc.
-Overseeing newsletter coordination and distribution to customers and key partners
-Media outreach, speaker placement and event coordination
-Social media strategy and implementation
-Community engagement across all Trax communication channels
-Writing press releases and other promotional copy

Candidate Profile and Requirements:

-7-10 years of relevant work experience in marketing/communications/public relations
-Excellent writing skills in English, Swedish a plus but not required
-Proficient in spoken English, Swedish a plus but not required
-Entrepreneurial mindset, highly organized self-starter, able to work independently
-Bachelor's Degree in area related to communications/public relations and/or marketing, Graduate Degree a plus, but not required

Compensation
Salary commensurate with experience plus benefits package.
