Product Manager for ART Deceleration & Steering

Our department (ARTDS) “Deceleration and Steering” within the unit “Vehicle Platform” welcome talented people on board. People with passion, energy, business sense and the drive to innovate and make things happen. What you’ll do
As a Product Manager, you will own and decide upon priorities in the Program Backlog from a business perspective as well as developing the program Vision and Roadmap. You will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders such as Solution and System Architects to define both functional and non-functional requirements. Release management to define releases and solution increments. Take responsibility for product safety, by ensuring planning and fulfillment of safety activities according to the development process and approve my Products for release when sufficient product documentation is available. 

Ensure fulfillment of legal requirements (automotive specific) and certification for my Products. You will participate in the Pre- and Post-PI Planning to define the inputs, milestones, and high-level objectives. In addition, you will also work with suppliers, making sure the requirements for supplier-delivered capabilities are understood and assisting with the conceptual integration of these concerns.

You and Your skills
You have a university degree within Mechatronics or equal and years of experience within leadership. You have a great sense of responsibility for delivering mechatronic systems in the automotive industry, with high quality and excellent safety knowledge. You possess the ability and sense of urgency to make things happen and lead between structured/planned work tasks, to support production stopping taskforces.

On a daily basis, you are comfortable with changeable and ambiguous conditions. As a person, you work with a high level of engagement, strong enthusiasm and integrity. You work with a team- empowered/oriented approach, supporting our helping culture. Being a good team player, you recognize the benefits of working together and towards common goals. You possess transparent and pragmatic communication skills.
