We are looking for a brave Product Owner who dares to take decisions and lead the Product Team in a passionate way creating outstanding business value. You will join the Procurement product cluster within the SCM & Procurement area of Digital at Volvo Cars. We digitalize work processes and make data instantly available for internal and external consumers. By doing so we enable our organization to make fact-based decisions and maximize value add.

What you’ll do
As a Product Owner you will own and decide upon priorities in the digital product team’s backlog. You are the voice of the user, you have a business perspective and some technical know-how. We use modern tools and agile methods to create business value continuously. We ensure high quality and adaptability in our delivery. Of course, we have fun together while doing it!

Do you fit the profile?
You are experienced in driving product strategy, vision and operations as a Product Owner or equivalent role. It is an advantage if you have been working with new development as well as operations in a product landscape with high demands on stability. You are excellent at communication, presenting and relationship building with teams and global stakeholders. You have experience with agile methods and related tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Rally, Miro, etc.). You are skilled at negotiating and compromising when stakeholders have competing interests.
