A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
On a day to day basis you improve the customer experience in the physical IKEA stores with state-of-the-art digital solutions. More specifically, you will help customers to explore the range and to immersively plan and design their dream homes in an omni-channel way.
You will be part of the Strategy and Business Planning team, where you work side-by-side with engineers, data analysts, designers and many retail stakeholders around the world to define and implement the Product Strategy. Strategy and Business Planning provides data and insight to help colleagues across IKEA take good decisions to operate IKEA on a day to day basis and design the business model for the IKEA of the future. We manage analytics solutions for many different areas in IKEA including: business steering, new business model development, performance management, understanding customer behaviour across channels, commercial planning, media planning, sustainability analytics and more.
We are looking for Product Owners who have:
At least 5 years of experience in Product Management
experience working with business analytics and decision making, especially in a retail context
experience setting up and managing agile organisations
innovative mindset and curiosity about how to design the omnichannel IKEA of the future and provide the insight to inspire others to do the same
sound technical background, able to lead diverse product teams composed of colleagues from product, engineering, data and analytics and UX practices. We elaborate and define our users’ digital product needs by very rapidly building minimum viable products which inspire and demonstrate what can be achieved.

You will:
Set the Product Strategy to help customers explore the range and plan & design their dream home
Orchestrate stakeholders and initiatives to ensure a seamless customer experience
Define Objectives and Key Results for cross functional product teams and give visibility of progress to stakeholders
Invite stakeholders to contribute to the backlog, transparently prioritising based on expected impact
Quantify customer needs and business opportunities with quantitative and qualitative research
Leverage customer insights and retail knowledge in the company to create high quality products
Create an agile way of working with the product teams to continuously improve the delivery phase

This role is an open-ended contract and will be located in Malmö, Sweden.
