At the ART Enabling BaseTech (EBT) we are responsible all the way from research and advanced engineering to implementation, verification and validation of current and future customer offers. We act within four areas; Cyber Security, Software Download, Diagnostics and Wired & Wireless Communication. We are pioneers, who develop our future electrical system, drive innovation and contribute to the delivery of breakthrough experiences for thousands of our end customers worldwide.
We are now looking for a Product Owner within Tools & Automation, where you will maximize value in our Test Automation rigs, work by owning and deciding upon priorities in the Team Backlog from a business perspective to streamline the execution. Your focus is to develop and maintain the technical integrity of the features/components together with the team.
What you’ll do
You will lead the development teams together with ScM (Scrum Master), review and reprioritize the backlog. You will be a member of the extended Product Management team and contribute to the program-level vision, roadmap and content presentations. You will need to collaborate with a lot of different stakeholders; Other POs, managers, other Agile Release Trains (ART), scrum masters, teams and the product manager.
You will also assist System and Solution Architect/Engineering with decision-making and sequencing of the key technological infrastructures, due to that you understand the scope of the upcoming enabler work. You will accept or reject stories in order to assuring quality, that includes validation that the story meets acceptance criteria and has the appropriate acceptance tests, and that it meets its Definition of Done (DoD).
You and Your Skills
We see that you have at least an BSc degree or equivalent experience, an understanding of the business and the end customer value will also be necessary. If you have previous experience within automation development, agile principles and/or an international environment, it’s considered very beneficial. You are fluent in English both written and spoken.
You are a person with both courage and integrity, that enjoy collaboration. You are excellent on communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical teams, executive management, partners and customers.
You are driven by independently plan, drive and follow up your work towards objectives. Further you are structured, accurate and skilled to summarize and present status of your team’s work.
