You will, together with the other members of the product team, create releases of products, specific to the integration service. The technology stacks are used by the operations team to deliver a 24/7 service with zero downtime. The products and frameworks that the product team releases are also used by the inflow team for designing integrations and also by the development factory for integration development. You will be a vital part of realizing the Integration Concept at IKEA, supporting the business with enterprise information exchange, worldwide.
As a Product Specialist within Integration Service Center you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of the IKEA Integration Platform Shared IT Infrastructure based on GitLab CE, Jenkins CI, Redmine, Sonatype Nexus and IKEA’s bespoke framework around those applications. The purpose of the IIP SITI is to support the complete lifecycle of integrations, i.e. from integration request, design and build to deployment, run and decommission.
You will also be responsible for managing the lifecycle of Local Integration Point featuring Local Integration Point Platform and Service Application Platform, both based on Oracle Service Bus. SAPP also has the possibility to run pure Java EE applications and offers data persistence in an Oracle Database. LIP is installed in all IKEA stores across the globe and is involved in several critical store functions.

To be successful in the position we believe that you have at least 5 years work experience from building and manage complex IT systems. You also have at least 3 years of experience from working with different integration patterns used widely across the IT industry. In your work you are innovative, creative, detail focused and see solutions not obstacle. We expect you to have:
•Good practical experience in using Oracle Fusion Middleware products like Oracle Service Bus or Oracle SOA Suite
•Experience from application development using OSB or SOA will be an advantage
•Experience of automation and continuous integration tools like Jenkins CI, Puppet or Chef
•Experience of Git and Maven, or similar tools
•Proficiency in Python and Shell Script, or other programming languages
•Experience of working in a Linux-based environment
Integration Service Centre provides a crucial part of the shared services in IKEA Business Solutions and deliver integrations, mainly based on the IKEA Integration Platform. We are currently located in Sweden and Germany, with additional development- and maintenance resources in India.
