Denne skall vara självgående och själv kunna ta beslut, vara målinriktad och väldigt självgående
Viktigt att ha förmågan att kunna samarbeta med kringfunktioner.
Erfarenhet att leda ledare och kunna bidra till deras utveckling.
Mån om att samarbeta med kringfunktioner och nyttja andras erfarenhet och kompetens och därmed också vara prestigelös/openminded.
Kunskap om att arbeta utefter Lean Manufactoring och ha en kommerciell- och affärsmässig förståelse.

Önskvärt med erfarenhet från plastindustrin.



Main Function / Purpose of Job

- Develop, manage and distribute work to the production section of the process.
- Maintaining production quality, quantity and delivery requirements
- Staff responsibility of employees in the production section.
- Lead daily TPC meetings
- Drive problem-solving activities
- Assist in other departments' problem-solving activities
- Assist in technical and job evaluations of new projects
- Responding to customer's problems and work to always have a good relationship with the customer
- Monitor staffing plan of the production section
- Be an active member of the Operations Team
- Have an active role in the MOS process
- Plan and monitor the production section budget
- Always encourage cooperation within the production section and with other departments, suppliers, customers, etc.
- Take a active part in all plant launches and drive implementation in the production section

Principle Accountabilities
- Sustain and develop our quality, environmental, health and safety policy and values
- Working with existing quality, environmental and safety standards
- Working with our customer requirements
- Develop and implement procedures and instructions related to the function
- Perform other duties as requested by line manager.
- Develop, implement and maintain adequate goals and procedures.
- Ensure that all safety and health hazards is identified
- Ensure corrective actions to minimize health risks and its occurrence
- Ensure that everyone in the production unit has requisite competence

Scope of Job
- Is entitled to delegate within process unit
- Has the right to make decisions in Operations team.
- Has the right to halt production on the risk of personal injury or the risk of not sending the correct product to the customer
- Has the right to block the material for the deviation  

Preferred Education & Experiences to fulfil role 
- High school / Higher education in the relevant fields
- Knowledge in quality, environment and safety systems and standards
- Environmental and safety, laws and rules
- At least 6 years experience, preferably in the automotive industry and personnel management
