Incluso is looking for a Program Manager Assistant to join DFSI-IDTM in Stockholm as soon as possible! This is a temporary position with 6 months to start with, possible extension after that.

Position Focus
The Program Manager Assistant is a key contributor to DFSI-IDTM’s purpose of ensuring fairness in sport and health and safety for athletes with a passion to provide high level of support and commitment to excellence to our International clients. He or she will operate in a fast-paced work environment, provide effective and efficient support across a broad range of activities, and effectively communicate with team members and clients to achieve any mission, anytime, anywhere. Contributions include department support of doping test planning and delivery; and collaborate with department program managers ensure client needs are met. This position is for the Stockholm, Sweden office location and is a six-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Summary of Qualifications
To successfully perform this role, the individual must be organized, strong attention to detail, an effective communicator, and self-directed. He or she must uphold the company vision, possess strong integrity, and have a desire to serve our clients, DCOs and colleagues. Essential requirements are strong communication skills including fluent in verbal and written English; ability to manage multiple projects in a time sensitive environment; high level of data entry accuracy; and proficient working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to clients and colleagues including but not limited to:
Customer service
Paperwork organization
Maintain strong, positive working relationships and consistent communication with colleagues as part of a team-centered work environment.
Understand and apply quality principles to daily responsibilities; collaborate with others on quality objectives; and address nonconformities as appropriate through the Quality Management System (QMS)
Administer and coordinate anti-doping tests.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing paperwork to ensure organization is always maintained.
Enter paperwork in internal and external data management systems.
Oversee processing of DCO invoices including but not limited to:
Review and approval.
Ensure receipts for all expenses are received.
Verify and operate within budget; and receive approval by Program Managers for any deviations including costs above approved expenses.
Support general administration of department programs.
Serve in the absence of other team members.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as needed.


This is a full time temporary position with 6 months to start with, after that there might be a possibility of extension. This position is desired to be filled as soon as possible and application materials will be reviewed on an on-going basis until filled.
