OM TJÄNSTEN
The position as Project Buyer is partly new and you will be representing Global Procurement in the new product implementation projects for two of Ymer Technologies business units, Off Highway and Thermal Management Systems (TMS). You will be part of the Global Procurement team and since this position is partly new you have great possibilities to shape the role. The position is located in the office at Gärdet in Stockholm. You are expected to travel both to suppliers and to the offices in Sweden, Denmark, USA, China and India when needed, approximately 1-2 nights per month at the most, although at the moment they all work from home.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Represent Procurement in new product implementation projects
* Early supplier engagement in projects
* Set early cost
* Manage the RFx- and sourcing process in assigned projects
* Manage prototype orders

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Masters degree in engineering
* 2-3 years of experience within Project Purchasing
* Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Good knowledge of working with Excel and PowerPoint

If you have previous experience from working in an international environment it is an advantage as well as having experience of doing business and negotiating internationally. In addition, it is advantageous to be fluent in Swedish but not a requirement. As a person, you are confident, analytical, structured and have your own drive to carry out activities to achieve set goals. You are a communicative team player who sees the whole picture and solutions instead of problems.
