We are looking for a Project manager to work with our PMO team in the Customized Bioprocess Solutions (CBS) organisation. Do you have a passion for project management? Then we would love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
CBS has a solid process and organization for development and manufacturing of customized products. A toll gate process exists controlling product development from, customer requirements, choosing design concepts, detailed designs, manufacturing transfer, verification and shipping.
As per customer order a project organization led by a project manager is established. The project manager documents the delivery process, key activities, risk mitigation actions, deliverables and timelines in an internal project plan. The project manager ensures communication between customer and CBS throughout the project.
Lead the execution of customer projects in line with “work standards”
Secure resource need within project
Initiation of project data in admin systems (ERP/PDM)
Establish project plans based on order assumptions to carry out the project together with project teams
Close contact with customer to review progress in projects
Follow up project financial and report deviations to plan
Ensure shipment according to customer agreement
Who you are
B.Sc. degree with relevant technical focus or comparable level of competence/experience
Experience from the pharma-industry is considered a merit
At least 5 years relevant experience
Experience with external customer contacts
Demonstrated effective interpersonal and networking skills
Demonstrated ability to successfully comprehend & carry out/execute actions
Effective oral and written communication skills
Exceptional conflict-resolution skills
