FIS Front Arena in Stockholm we have been building systems for financial trading, risk management and position control for 30 years. Our systems enable banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions all over the World to make critical decisions with confidence, execute their orders and follow up their positions independent of the asset class: equities, commodities, rates or FX. Whether the trade is done through an exchange or OTC, we've got it covered. But that's just part of the story. In short, we support the whole electronic trading process from sell-side to buy-side and front-to-back.

Your role
You will be part of a passionate and experienced professional services team, who together is responsible for implementing Front Arena solutions to the client. As a project manager, you will be leading teams of consultants and participate in the delivery yourself. You will be managing internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for project scope, timeline and budget. You will be working with rest of our global professional services team but also with sales, pre-sales, product management, development and client services.

You must have
* M.Sc. degree or similar
* experience from and solid understanding of the Capital Markets or Asset Management industries from working at a financial institution or a software vendor.
* 5-10 years' experience as project manager
* Strong communication skills when speaking with developers as well as with senior business people.
* Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
* Either a business background with deep understanding of financial instruments and trading or a technical background with a deep understanding of software development.
*Experience of different project methodologies like Prince2 or scrum and ability to adapt the most suitable one for each project.
