We are now looking for an Project Manager for our customer within the music streaming subscription industry. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Coordinate all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects.  You should be an organized professional, a clear communicator, and have extensive project management experience. This role will report to the Head of Customer Success.

Ansvarsområden
The company need someone to project manage our accessibility work/movement as their  product is focusing more and more on this as a goal. You will spend half time on the accessibility project and half time supporting there field events marketing project manager. Other projects might pop up but they will always be centered around our Soundtrap for Education BU.

 What you’ll do:
 Accessibility Project Manager (0.5 time)
 Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal and external partners, ensuring technical feasibility while documenting a detailed project plan to supervise and track progress
Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation and meet with team members to clarify specific requirements of the project
 Establish, handle, and maintain relationships with relevant team members
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis 
Report and raise to management as needed
Ensure that project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

 Field Marketing Project Manager (0.5 time)
 Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors’ requirements for the detailed execution of multiple field marketing projects
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and meet with vendors to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Report and raise to management as needed
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

Kvalifikationer
You are a Project Manager that has experience with marketing/customer facing projects. You must have some project management experience and nice to have would be experience within education, US markets, and accessibility (particularly product enhancements/improvements for accessibility)
