Project Manager Radio on Chip (608223)

Our Exciting Opportunity!
At the project Office within Common Radio Module (CRM) in PDU Radio, we are now looking for a Project Manager within Radio on Chip (RoC) program. The Project Office within CRM is responsible for the development and release of ASIC products towards all Ericsson radios. The main office is located in Kista but there are also operations in Lund, Lindholmen, Beijing/China and Ottawa/Canada. As a project manager you will ensure Ericsson technology leadership with good planning on project scope, time cost and quality for ASIC development. To be successful as project manager you must have a strong ability to drive for outcome, empower people, as well as follow-up plans, status and deliveries. You will need to have a strong communication skill towards across-PDU statehooders, have flexible work ability to prioritize and achieve results. Besides, another big part of responsibility of this role is support program manager to drive and implement continuous operational /flow improvement. So be willing to learn and to change is also important.

Good technical understanding on radio or digital/ ASIC development/industry areas

To be successful in the role you must have
Manage technology roadmap into products with project team, including scope, cost and schedule management
Keep closely communication with key stakeholder on project status and work towards key achievement/decision forward
Manage and control program capability and budget within frame defined
Seek for continuous improvement and change on WoW, flow and structure towards fast TTM and better quality
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
MSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
Experience from industrialization of complex technical hardware products is very important for this role.
Experience from ASIC and software development is a merit
Agile and Lean way of working
