OM TJÄNSTEN
In this role you well become a part of our client’s HR team and you will have an impact on the recruitmentprocess for the future stars that will become your new colleagues at the company. Marketing will increase the speed of hiring and our client is now looking for several recruitment consultants to come onboard.

In order to fit in this position you have worked with recruitment before and are familiar with assessing candidate in interviews aswell as you have previous experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
* Find and attract the right tech talents from all over the world
* Have a continuous and interesting dialogue with candidates
* Screen resumes and phone interview candidates to determine fundamental fit.
* Drive and engage with sourcing of talent
* Administrate the required tests
* Identify talent on e.g Linkedin and reach.out
* Drive and fuel talent pipelines

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Have a relevant education within HR or business
* Have previous experience with recruitment
* Have a proven record of assessing candidates in interviews
* Have experience in ATS and LinkedIn
* CV in English
* You get more than 7 on our test
* Excellent written and communication skill in English

As a person you are:
* Structured
* Communicative
* Mature

Start: As soon as possible
Work extent: Full time 40h/week
