We now look for a Regional Head of OMNI Demand & Supply Planning to lead our Demand & Supply team. A team driven to serve consumer demand today and in the future through strong analytical and strategic skills. Together they strive to fulfill customer needs by maximizing availability where our customers are while balancing with costs and lead times.
Job Description
On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Regional Head of Demand & Supply Planning you will be a key player in making this happen. You are part of the regional Omni Merchandising function and collaborate closely with our omni merchandising teams as well as many other functions within the region. Our region consists of around 650 stores across Finland, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, Denmark, UK and Ireland & hm.com, marketplace and other digital channels being important to secure a relevant customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:
Drive Overall Demand and Supply Planning and Inventory optimization strategy
Your mission is to take the overall responsibility for OMNI regional demand and supply plan and execution to fulfil customer demand in line with regional and local commercial plans and actions.
Drive top down development of regional supply plan
Set stock management and markdown strategies
Drive strategy and wow for allocation and inventory optimization
Follow up total supply chain performance with your team, Logistics and Business Units
Balance service level, cost, selling and customer promise
Understand customer behavior impact on demand and supply actions accordingly


Logistics cooperation
Lead the regional merch team in the collaboration with logistics. Drive the goal setting process and challenge our way of working to enable us to a more efficiently supply our customer demand.
Be a driving force to unite logistics and regional merchandising team way of working and goals to drive most profitable result for region.
Plan, prioritize, execute, monitor, and follow up common goals and results together
Secure that ways of working and total information flow from commercial actions and inventory optimization are synched with logistics
Set the supply chain network agenda for region together with logistics and global supply chain strategy and design



Supply Chain development and implementation
Bring specific supply chain needs to global teams and collaborate to set the best possible omni supply chain desired state for region together with Logistics
Be the region speaking partner with global teams to secure best possible future solutions in tech solutions, business logic, ways of working and plan for implementation of these



Leadership
Lead, recruit & develop your team for the best possible setup here and now but also understand future needs for resources and competence as we develop our supply chain
Lead the regional Demand & supply unit
Recruit best talents
Develop team
Proactively secure competence given development agenda

Besides your personality we see that:
Several years of experience in total from e-com/store merchandising, demand supply planning and/or Business Controlling
Deep understanding in several of following areas: buying, stock management, allocation, inventory optimization, capacity planning, forecasting and logistics operations
High strategic and analytical skills
Formal leadership experience and strong leadership skills
Strong business drive and understanding
Deep E2E supply chain understanding
Advanced excel user
Logistics experience meriting
