Position 1: Administrative Secretary

Main duties:
Screen telephone and personal callers
Makes and record appointments, prepare agendas or programmes for meeting
Attend and take minutes of meetings, both in the office and other locations.File correspondence and other records
Operate Office Equipment such as photocopiers, facsimile machines, switchboards, computers
Receive and process incoming and outgoing mail, draft reports on behalf of the section
Organise business itineraries, travel arrangements, conferences, meetings and social functions
Assist the Accountant with stocktaking at all official residence and chancery and keeping these inventories up to date; assist with the board of survey.
Responsible for administrative duties and assist with basic accounts duties and perform other duties as and when required.


Requirements:
A minimum of 12 years schooling with completion of at least a one year secretarial Diploma/Certificate PLUS a minimum of 3 years experience as a secretary or administrative clerk.An economic or accounting background is a plus.
Must be computer literate.
Fluency in Swedish and English.

Salary:
Starts from SEK 232,930.00 per annum plus bonus and other benefits ( depending on qualifications and experience).
