We are looking for a Release Train Engineer in the department Autonomous Drive and Active Safety Functions for the Agile Release Train (ART) Active Safety Functions. The ART develops state of the art Active Safety functions within the area of Collision Avoidance, Driver Understanding, Low Speed Assist and Connected Safety, using in-house developed SW or integrating bought applications.
What you’ll do
Your mission is to be a servant leader for our Active Safety Functions ART, be a flow master and ensure our releases. We have highly motivated and skilled people within the ART and your job is to give them the best prerequisites to perform their work. You will manage and optimize the value flow by leading the Scrum Masters in the ART, bring clarity and transparency in understanding our development performance, and ensure a clear backlog-driven development. You will motivate and coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in agile practices and ways of thinking to enhance flow and transparency. You will also manage risks and dependencies, escalate, resolve and track impediments, and of course facilitate PI Planning events and ART demos.

We think you have a Master of Science or equivalent work life experience, agile way of working experience and technical knowledge in SW development and/or Active Safety.
