Your role
As a graduate at Saab, you will participate in a programme that is uniquely designed to boost your career. Your development will be aligned with Saab’s business goals and the programme will enable you to contribute to our business and take part in actual projects. From day one, you will be appointed to a position with permanent employment at one of Saab’s sites worldwide.Business Unit Airborne ISR provides complete airborne surveillance aircrafts including logistics support to the global market. Our Project Managers are responsible for the completion of the modified aircrafts in our workshops and delivery to the customer. After delivery our project managers carries our support contracts serving customers at their locations worldwide with our own local staff.

Your skills and experience
Interested in people and leading change. Good communication skills. We are looking for a Project Manager with potential to lead a project team in one of our major projects delivering a modified surveillance aircraft to an international customer. To reach this goal you need patience, ambition and the ability to always understand what is required of you. 
You need a wide technical understanding and the ability to understand complex cost structures in project economy. You have a systematic mindset and focus on delivering mile stones. Good leadership qualities with the ability to build and maintain relations is also required as well a good communicating skills.
