Responsibilities:

* Supporting the Exchange Brokers service with facilitation of derivatives trading volumes

* Developing and managing the relationships with new and existing sell and buy-side clients

* Being the go-to-person for traders for queries regarding volume development, market micro-structure, product characteristics, and clearing processes

* Initiating discussion and soliciting feedback from clients towards influencing the direction of our products & services

* Provide input into market building strategies

* Advising Sales and Product Management teams on product application in practice, trading practices and wider implications of industry developments

* Assisting Account Managers with derivatives expertise, fee simulations, fee schedule discussions with clients and new member acquisition

* Exploring ideas and identifying opportunities towards development of trading volume and revenue by leveraging client network and expertise

Education and Professional accomplishments

* University degree or equivalent.
* 0-2 years of related experience.

Skills and Competencies

* Genuine interest in capital markets and trading.
* Great interpersonal, networking and relationship building skills.
* Fast with numbers with resilience, persistence and ability to work under pressure.
* Demonstrable experience in sales.
* Strong customer service skills and demonstrated ability to interact.
* Exceptional English language skills.
* Preferably some experience from stock or derivatives trading.
* Preferably knowledge of Excel & VBA.
* Database/programming skills in BusinessObjects, Python, C++, Matlab or similar would be an advantage.
