SALES ANALYST / JUNIOR BUSINESS ANALYST TO SAMSUNG

As a Sales Analyst, you will have an integral part in ensuring Samsung stay on top of the market and continue to enrich and simplify the consumers’ lives.
Your main focus is to communicating sales and marketing insights for IM product groups by driving and providing conclusions based on external and internal sources, analysis and evaluation. Move beyond analysis and reach for action, in order to increase efficiency and sell-out. Your key accountabilities is to evaluate sell-out data and trends together with market activities such as: Daily sell out reports, Internal data such as profitability return on investment etc., Market insight reports (e.g. GfK reports), Consumer Market Insights (e.g. Kantar Reports), Global trend reports as shared by global teams, and Competitor and promotion analysis based on publically available data. As a Sales Analyst you will also Identify and manage various sources of data and information. Translate data into insights to guide strategic decision making across the IM organization. You will communicate insights in a clear and concise manner and in a way that drives action and make impact. Also, you will develop tools and processes to improve capability across the team and make it visual and impactful. As a Sales Analyst you will proactively lead analyses to address business needs, opportunities & issues, provide feedback, insights and recommendations for improving Samsung IM business performance and profitability, and ensure deliverables with clear actionable recommendation and drive action to contribute toward commercialized ideas and customer team success.

Kvalifikationer
- You have 1-2 years experience in similar role, eg Junior Business Controller, BI Power user, Market Intelligence Analyst, etc
- You have an University degree, major in business administration, economics, statistics, engineering or similar
- You have considerable experience in data validation and cross reference comparisons
- You have advanced Excel skills
- Tableau, Qlik Sens, Power BI or similar BI system knowledge is key
- You are fluent in English and preferably also in Swedish
- You have strong numerical and analytical skills with experience of translating data from multiple sources into intuitive reports through data visualization
- Industry knowledge is a big plus
- Experience from Nordic matrix organization is a merit

Full time. The position will start at the end of August and the assignment is expected to run even until the end of August. April 2022 with possibility of extension. You will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant with our exciting customer.
