IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people. Each year IKEA Range & Supply introduces 2,000 new products in the IKEA stores. The total range is almost 10,000 products.

IKEA Home smart is a new Business Area within the Range & Supply organization, responsible to develop and make the entire IKEA range available to stores and customers all over the world. Within the organizational responsibilities lie the design, development, sourcing, supply and steering of a unique, competitive and efficient range of smart products and digital solutions.

Job description


As Sales Collaboration Specialist for IKEA Home smart you´ll act as a main speaking partner and lead the sales collaboration topics between the Home Furnishing Business (HFB) and IKEA retail markets, in order to achieve the agreed sales plan and the classification of a relevant IKEA offer. As part of your responsibility will be to lead the Sales planning collaboration, which including sales steering, alignment of activities, agreements on Price & Volume and follow-up on the Sales & Supply agreement. Furthermore you´ll lead the Range Dimensioning collaboration process in the HFB including set commercial classification based on the range portfolio.


Your main responsibilities will include:


· To secure that the impact of commercial actions are quantified as a part of the sales planning collaboration.
· To lead the collaboration between the HFB and retailers for Complementary range and market preference complementary NEWs.
· To set the service level based on the aligned Sales plan.
· To collaborate with retail related to deviations to the UTG plan.


Qualifications


You have a passion for business for creating company growth and great customer experience. Your background is from the retail environment, sales steering and you know how the offer meets the customer. You have good knowledge in sales collaboration areas (Sales Planning, Sales Steering, Pricing and Range Dimensioning) over the year cycle, as well as good knowledge in the market landscape of the Home Furnishing Business


You have good capabilities in the following areas:


· To focus on a defined business area while maintaining a holistic perspective of cross business needs, opportunities and the areas impact on total IKEA.
· To work on an operational level while connecting actions to the defined strategy and tactics for the business.
· To bring data, information and knowledge to understanding and transform it into insights within the scope of the assignment.
· To influence stakeholders in order achieve the common goal of growth and profitability.
· To work as a team to achieve a common goal while also being able to work independently to achieve the required task.
