Sales coordinator
Verisure is seeking a service-minded, engaged and orderly Sales coordinator to join our growing and successful Team. The role will report to the Field Sales Director – Franchise and will work closely with our support team as well as our valued partners in both our consumer and our professional businesses.

About the role
In the role as Sales coordinator, you’re responsible to provide qualified administrative support to two of our Field Sales directors and members of their team. You will be the spider in the web, coordinating meetings, events and various initiatives to drive daily effectiveness and to facilitate our strong sales culture.
You will have a varying set of work tasks, a broad network of contacts and close collaboration with many different departments in our company.
Key responsibilities includes:
Booking meetings, travelling and daily management of the calendar
Planning of conferences, trainings and events, including our annual kick-off with over 300 participants and our quarterly sales trips in collaboration with our event partner
Prepare clothing and equipment for new sales people
Administrate our Verisure Sales Careers program with daily, monthly and annual celebrations of performance
Administration of the legal contracts with our partners

The candidate
The ideal candidate is a service minded person, with a genuine interest in helping others being proactive in understanding and solving the needs of others. You are orderly, structured and comfortable juggling many things simultaneously, with a good ability to manage priorities. You also have a positive mindset and are open minded to change.

It is beneficial if you have previous experience from administration and/or a service-role.

You need to comfortable with computers and willing to become an advanced user of Microsoft Outlook. 

Location 
Permanent hire can be based in Linköping or Stockholm.

Reports and organization structure 
Direct reporting line into the Field Sales Director – Franchise.
