Sales manager


You will serve as company’s sales manager with international outreach.
You will assist the company’s leadership in fostering new international clients’ relationships, facilitating dialogue with international partners and support company’s collaboration into further successful growth and development.

You will identify new business opportunities and build lasting partnerships, carry out strategic analysis and expertise in drafting decisions on strengthening company’s international image and reputation based on political, social, economic national and international environment.
Your mission is primarily focused on interacting with international business, non-governmental and governmental stakeholders, assisting in B2B meetings, preparing of and drafting press releases, contracts and finalizing its signing, arranging business negotiation meetings and presenting the company in international trade exhibitions.
You are expected to bring a strong and deep understanding of business and government interactions, impact of the international social, economic and political trends on company’s activities, and provide advisory support to company’s leadership on ways and means on how to enlarge a solid business network of trustworthy external and internal relationships.

You are based at our headquarters in Stockholm; domestic and international travels are part of your job.

About you
We are looking for someone with a degree in International Relations, who previously managed international relations - preferably for an international organization, government body or NGO. It is advantageous if you have an experience with hosting international negotiation activities and public campaigns. You bring a very strong network of international and national experts in the field of business, political and international affairs.
You handle confidential information with care, evaluate consequences, and know when and how to act in company’s favor and its image.
You have excellent writing and speaking skills, good at presenting in public, as well as organizing high-level public events and gatherings for a broad and diverse audience. Your communication skills in English must be exceptional.
Knowledge of Swedish, Russian and Spanish is desirable.
A perfect candidate is expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being able to work under pressure and within the limited scope of time.
