We are now looking for two new team members, with responsibilities in sales and developing our client relationships in the Gothenburg and Jönköping area. We need someone with the ability to see new opportunities, who is creative in their approach towards new clients and new tasks, and who is eager to build something new with great colleagues. You will belong to a team of 8 other stars and report to the Client Development Manager in Gothenburg, and closely working together with other functions.
About the roles
Sales within Automotive Göteborg
In this role you will develop sales and relationships with existing Automotive clients together with our Automotive team. You will be responsible for planning, executing and following up meetings with existing clients; handling discussions with consultant suppliers and thereby creating win-win-win situations. The office in central Gothenburg will be your base, but a high activity level is expected with many on-site client meetings around the Gothenburg area. In the end we want to ensure that our clients are satisfied and have Ework top-of-mind as their consultant broker.
Responsibilities include:
Mapping of client stakeholders
Influence stakeholders to set the stage for new business opportunities
Identify areas of development

Sales within New Business Jönköping
In this role you will work to find new opportunities for Ework, mainly in the Jönköping area. You will be responsible for planning and executing meetings with the goal of starting up new clients. You will be part of Ework’s New Business Team where we collaborate and discuss ideal solutions for our clients. You are expected to have a high activity level, provide feedback regarding our client offerings and work closely with the rest of the team. In the end we want increase our market share in Jönköping to be able to continue our growth in the region. Ework’s office in Jönköping is located at GRO36.
Responsibilities include:
Identify interesting leads for New Business agenda
Identify and present the appropriate offering to new clients
At times, help out in the matching process to new clients, finding the right consultant for the customer

Role requirements
A few years of successful sales experience
Good communication skills and proactive attitude
Good understanding of IT, technical and business needs
Read/write/speak fluent Swedish and English
You build relationships naturally
You take initiatives and carry them through
You are determined and set targets, short- and long term, working persistently to reach them
You are trustworthy and take on challenges with a high energy level and by engaging others

As we develop long-term relationships in this role, it is a big advantage if you should also have knowledge of long-term sales processes and have a good insight into the buyers' decision-making processes. Experience of sales within IT, consultancy services or technical sales, is a plus.
