SAP Cross Delivery Coordinator to Finance Area, H&M Group

As a Cross Delivery Coordinator within the Finance Product Area, you will lead, manage, and execute cross-cutting technology initiatives, involving a large number of product teams and business stakeholders. The Finance Product Area owns the solutions for financial management and controlling within sales, purchases, stock accounting, financial reporting, financial controlling, and treasury. Solutions within the area are primarily build on SAP ECC platform, but we also have other solutions both custom developed in Java, Microsoft .NET, as well as custom off the shelf solutions (COTS).
Responsibilities
As a Cross Delivery Coordinator, you secure the operations of SAP solutions in the Product Area and that the Managed services for Application Maintenance deliver according to agreed expectations, you act as a SPOC for the Product Area and all the Product teams working within SAP. You also play a key role in supporting the product teams in estimating their SAP license needs and coordinating these needs with the central SAP platform team. You will be responsible for the managed service contract for Test and ensure optimum utilization of the service while aligning with the overall Product Area Test strategy and ensuring that this meets the needs of the product teams. You will also play a key role in helping drive the Product area strategy within SAP Test and Operations. Some of your daily work includes:
Be responsible for follow up of and actions in relation to the vendor for SLA by setting goals and directions for the maintenance work and driving alignment between involved parties, follow up and regularly report to stakeholders about progress and status
Work collaboratively with business to align application delivery with business needs
Work closely together with vendor and product teams to find way of working for processes, methods, and tool usage
Be responsible for the feedback collection and interaction between products and vendors
Work collaboratively and cross functionally with Run Service team in Tech Enablement domain and other areas and teams in the organization as part of the strategic offshore transition work
Be accountable for updates and leading the negotiations with vendor.







Who are you?


We believe you have 8 + years of experience working with operations, vendor/managed service management and ITIL processes. You have extensive knowledge of complex environments, SAP implementation and service now. You have the ability to navigate and build relationships across the organization with our vendors and secure the service delivery according to the agreement. You are driven and service minded. We believe you have management and team leading skills and have previous experience in managing distributed teams. You are a team player but have no problem working independently. Furthermore, you have:
Experience from managing service and outsourcing models
Experience in working with Service now
Knowledge of working with accounting and controlling processes, such as monthly cuts, year end close, is qualifying
Experience in QMetry and Jira is an advantage.
