Description

The client is looking for a Project Manager-Finance & Business, (Expert), to assist in the Business Operations Transformation (programme).

The scope of the consultant services is to assist the client in:

- To lead the work around structures and deliverables connected to BOT organizational development and implementation of standard processes and ways of working. Will work closely with the Content & Resource Area Owner in BOT (ODI). Good with experience around the finance domain.
- Responsible for planning, managing and delivery of assigned Functional Area within the project, including time, scope and quality Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks.
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects functional areas and line organization.
- Perform project reporting and key milestones updates and content for measuring and following up project quality and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement of project quality and performance in assigned functional area.
- Manage stakeholders by identifying stakeholders, planning for stakeholder management and following up on engagement.
- Work in compliance with all aspects of how we work with projects (quality assurance process, plan, process, execution, steering and follow up).
- Lead, coach and develop project team members, promoting best practice in project execution.


Mandatory competence and experience:

- Strong Project management skills with at least +7 year of experience.
- Experience around setting up and implementing organizational structure when implementing standard finance and/or procurement processes or similar, when doing large enterprise SAP implementations.
- Finance process experience (R2R, OTC, SP2, MDM)
- SAP S/4 HANA.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs.
- Strong stakeholder management across all levels.


Preferred competence and experience:

- Prince 2 or PMI certification
