SCRUM MASTER-Uppsala/Remote

Organize, facilitate, and lead Scrum rituals such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Collaborate with QA to ensure that deliverables are up to snuff at the conclusion of each sprint.
Be a change agent who works to make ongoing improvements to the team's productivity.


Required abilities:


Professional Scrum Master certification (PSM)


Working as a scrum master or an agile coach is a plus.


Understanding of how to use Azure DevOps


Ability to converse both in Swedish and English


Knowledge of agile ideals and concepts, as well as the SAFe framework, is advantageous.


It's a bonus if you've worked in the field of life sciences before.


Duration: 6 months + extension


Location: ( Uppsala )/Remote
