Do you have a burning interest for search engine marketing strategies and optimization? Is your previous work within SEM and experience in performance marketing and SEO? We are looking for a SEM specialist to our head office, located in the heart of Gothenburg (in the Central station)!
Your role in our team. You are a part of our Global Sales department, working globally with all our markets and with the common goal to optimize the customer experience, maximize global sales, deliver on the KPI’s and drive profitability with a digital first mindset.
As our SEM specialist, you define, implement, manage and continuously review our SEM strategy and execute it internally and through Lindex external media agency. Your work is to ensure maximum ROAS, engagement and traffic volumes allowed by the budget in all relevant markets. Constantly striving for further optimization, you are updated on retail trends and suggest development to improve Lindex business opportunities within SEM. You constantly identify data-driven insights by analyzing the performance of our campaigns regularly. You are responsible to make sure that all technical and process requirements are met for proper SEM buying and analysis.

Also, this probably sounds like you:
Academic degree in Economics or Business
Recent experience from working in sales and retail in an omni-channel organization in an international environment
Experience of running large-budget, multi-market Google Ads accounts with Ecom goals and bid management, at an agency or inhouse
Experience with performance media budget planning, strategy setting, implementation, performance prognosis and optimizing towards ROAS-type goals
