Senior Agile Coach with SAP experience to Business Tech

We are looking for 3 experienced agile coaches to help us in guide the transformation of the Business Tech Team.
You teach, mentor and coach our leaders and colleagues on our agile transformation journey.
You will also:
Support SAP production Team to work more agile.
Challenge existing structure and behavior
Help to facilitate agile ceremonies on different levels
facilitates discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.



To fit for the role it's good to have:
Deep understanding of lean/agile principles and ways of working
High emotional intelligence with a ability to motivate others
5+ years of experience as an agile coach
Documented experience of coaching SAP teams
Develop a team’s way of working by experiments
Knowledge to guide the teams in becoming empowered product teams, outcome over output - covering areas such as Product Strategy, Product Discovery, Delivery and mindset
