For senior level applicants, you will quickly be taking on full responsibility for global projects, as well as taking a senior role for junior project managers.You will be able to influence the talent strategy decisions of globally leading organisations, as well as the direction of Universum's service offer.We expect you to have at least 3 years relevant working experience.Potential backgrounds are leading strategic management consulting such as McKinsey or BCG, experience from consumer branding strategy with a well renowned agency, or a high level position within HR for a global employer.
