Senior Director Quality Assurance

Responsibilities
The Senior Director Quality Assurance:
Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials and products.
Responsible for testing systems and applications software. Creates test strategies and plans. Works with all parties to develop the system and application requirements. After testing provides feedback to developers on potential changes.
Responsible for all areas of the Quality function at Tbricks system
Provides support on all/most functions with the Tbricks system Quality Functional Area.
May rely on subject matter experts for more detailed information/expertise of complex issues.

Scrum, Test Driven Development, Jenkins, TestComplete, UL Test, Milestone, Gradle, GIT, Gerrit, Spira, JIRA, Slack, Confluence, Memory and CPU profilers, Google suite, Bitbucket, Jira, Python, Bash, Puppet, Docker, ELK, Nagios, Bamboo, Jenkins



Experience
Ideally up to 10 years of experience in IT (software quality engineer)
At least 5 years of working experience as QA Managerwith a relevantly big system or product
Understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used within the software quality assurance field
Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files
Ability to think logically and methodically.
Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills
Strong attitude towards learning new technologies and methodologies;
Rigorous and methodical you are highly motivated and have real analytical skills
Keeping a permanent technology and methodology intelligence
Excellent level of English as well as a good sense of humour
Functional knowledge of the financial markets and experience in Stock Exchange protocols is a great plus
