Our Great Opportunity


Interested to lead in cloud-native technologies? Excellent, as we are now looking for creative, upbeat, out of the box individuals with leadership vein to join our newest product development unit. We are adopting a start-up mentality to deliver our product with better customer experience and increased organizational efficiency.
PDU Cloud RAN is a new organization that will be leading the acceleration and creation of a cloud-native Radio Access Network (RAN) product offering.
The new PDU will contain in one organization total life-cycle capability from architecture definition to deployment in customer networks & capability to contribute to open-source communities in ONAP.
To set ourselves up for greatness we will count on our employees to truly embody BNEWs three C’s, Customer Focus, Collaboration and Can-do, to drive the realization of the Cloud RAN portfolio.


You will


• Develop and systemize cloud-native software and solutions based on Kubernetes and related software as part of the development team
• Experiment and use innovative technologies, components, and methodologies for our solutions
• Work in the Application Support Service domain within PDU Cloud RAN – with products that provide Service Discovery, Messaging and Security services
• Analyze customer reported defects and provide resolutions/workarounds
• Develop automated tests alongside code for inclusion in the product’s CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to defining and creating a go-get team culture, ways of working and environment. Work optimally in an Agile development team across the full feature life cycle including scoping, design, development, test and release
• Drive innovation in edge computing solutions

• Develop competences in the technical domain
• Drive continuous improvements in both products and processes


To be successful in the role you must


• Have 7+ years’ experience developing large-scale products
• Solid competence in areas relating to Cloud Native software development and Kubernetes
• Be a confirmed technical leader with a can-do attitude to make things happen
• Have very good knowledge in programming languages such as Python, Golang and C++
• Demonstrate experience of achieving customer delivery timelines in application development and helping others to deliver on their accountabilities. All while balancing cost, time to market and quality.
• Be a great teammate
• Demonstrate innovating, adapting and responding to change skills
