What do we offer?
At Complete Software and Electronics (CSEi) we are integrating and testing the complete electrical system for new platforms and programs. We design rigs and are working with base technology integration, core system application integration, software and electronic domain integration all the way to a compete software and electronics delivery striving to maximize the test-value. We work with test strategies, enable continuous integration and operate the complete baseline. 

The mission in our team of architects is to:
•    Bring integration driven development and test into product creation to continuously demonstrate that we deliver the best electrical system in the automotive world
•    Secure a stable and robust electrical system for our new electrical platforms

We are now looking for a senior integration and test architect
As a Solution Architect you will define a common technical and architectural vision and roadmap for the solution in terms of complete SW and electronics integration and connected frameworks. You will drive these architectural aspects in fora and meetings. You paint a compelling picture of the roadmap and framework that motivate others to action. You follow these in the organization to adopt and bring in new innovations and make sure they create business value. 

Who are you and what do you need to know?
You have a passion for embedded software systems and large-scale software development organizations. You seek to continuously improve the efficiency and drive the transformation to a digitalized way of working by moving from manual to data driven methods. You share your technical experience to coach, support and collaborate with others that motivates others to act, grow and to take accountability for the complete system solution. You take a systematic approach to visualization and handling of architectural technical debt. Always keeping the goal in mind that our software- and electronics- architecture and processes should enable our business. You are communicative and can use suitable value argumentation in dialogue with both product managers, stakeholders and when empowering the test and integration developers. You can effectively build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization You have ability to make sense of complex high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. You also have ability to create new and better ways for the organization to be successful. 

You have:
•    M.Sc in Electrical and Software Engineering or similar relevant experience 
•    At least 10 years of experience from working with embedded software (software development eg Phyton, C++, Java, CAPL, C#) in large scaled software developing organization
•    At least 10 years of experience from working with test and integration preferably in large scaled software developing organization
•    Configuration Management from large scale software product development 
•    Knowledge and experience from integrating service-based architecture

Meritorious:
•    Experience within automotive and from working in an international environment     
•    Implementation of CI pipelines for SW development
•    Agile frameworks and development such as SAFe.
•    Driver’s license (B-level)
