Senior UX Designer

We are expanding and currently looking for Senior UX Designers who wants to work with outstanding digital talent across diverse industries and platforms. If you want to create great solutions for established and innovative clients, then this is a great opportunity to join our design team.
About the role:

As a Senior UX Designer you will work in cross-competence teams, collaborating closely with the client to create products and services that make an impact that matters. You will work with our clients to understand their business requirements in the broader context of their digital strategy, then advocate for the customer by developing intuitive interactions and easy-to-use interfaces. This requires that you are passionate about understanding your audience and are able to communicate design in their language.
Skills and requirements:
You have worked professionally as a UX Designer for 4+ years
You can design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, build prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
You are able to clearly articulate your design decisions in front of teams and clients in English. (Swedish is not a requirement)
Independently deliver projects as well as able to work with large teams
Be able to help plan and run workshops with clients
You are well versed in design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Invision
It is a plus if you have an interest in and some experience mentoring junior designers

You have a curious nature and keeps up to date within your profession and area of expertise. Lastly, we believe you have great communication skills and works well in groups and individually.

Location: Tulegatan 15 Stockholm. We are currently working from home, however you must live in Sweden. Please state if you have a work permit or not in your application.
