City Network is on an exciting journey providing Enterprises and the public sector with regulatory compliant, cloud-based infrastructure services. We need to expand our Customer Engagement team and now looking for a Service Delivery Manager.

The role of Service Delivery Manager entails overall responsibility for the delivery to the customer, and many of our customers are on an international basis. Customers expect to get world-class communication, and together with your guidance, they will be able to innovate through open IT-infrastructure, making the cooperation a win-win situation. You will guide new and existing customers in developing their cloud environment and onboard and educate new customers on their journey towards flexible and sustainable solutions.
Your daily task will include a close relationship with members from our Customer Engagement team (KAM and architects with different specialities), the operations team, and other teams that work with different customer deliverables.
You should be able to adapt to new customer teams and project groups quickly. We are all in it for our customers, and if everyone in the team gets the best possible support and guidance, we firmly believe we can make a miracle happen.
Be a key player in our customer teams and be responsible for all activities within the delivery to the customers you work with.
Understand and execute on risks and consequences regarding signed agreements.
Drive and lead change work and customer projects.
Lead monthly operational meetings with customers.
Deliver monthly reports to customers.
Manage ITIL processes and documentation.
Document all meetings and other required information to ensure the quality of the delivery.
Reporting all activities in our internal systems.
-The role includes some travel. National as well as International.
The role includes working with enterprise customers but sometimes also smaller customers.

Desired skills and qualifications
Excellent social skills and a team player.
Excellent verbal communication and writing skills in both Swedish and English to effectively present information to colleagues and clients.
Be able to create and maintain the structure.
Excellent planning skills.
Project management skills.
Good technical, analytic ability.
Good understanding of cloud computing.
Good understanding of the ITIL framework.
Good understanding of security and compliance.
Ability to help out develop strategies and, communicate, facilitate, and present to all levels of IT, internal staff, and management.
