Service Desk Specialist (Finnish Language)

We are currently looking for Finnish and Swedish speaking Service Desk Specialists to join our Service Desk Estonia unit.

You would join with our Estonian Service Desk team as a Service Desk Specialist. You would be offering Finnish language based 1-level IT support services to our customers and solving IT related questions. Also, You would be administrating and updating necessary databases.

To be successful in your work, you need to:
- Study our customer's business logics and technical environment;
- Have very good Finnish language skills (both written and spoken);
- Preferably an experienced computer user;
- Preferably previous working experience and/or education in IT support area;
- Have solution oriented mindset and ability to prioritize your tasks;
- Be a good listener with a positive attitude.

Requirements
Required languages: Finnish speaking C1 (proficient language user) - very good, writing C1 (proficient language user) - very good; English speaking B2 (independent language user) - good, writing B2 (independent language user) - good.

Location: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Tammsaare tee 47. It is possible to work remotely.
