Mobylife is now strengthening the service organization in Sweden to leverage the customer service experience, and to add a number of new services to the business. We are looking for a Service Manager / Customer Service Manager to manage the customer service on site in Malmö and the Service operation for Denmark. This new position will be a part of the Swedish service organization based in Malmö.

Responsibilities

Customer Service - Specific tasks:

* Securing handling of calls and mails done in accordance with specified KPI's and service agreements
* Training and daily management of customer service staff (4-5)
* Daily compliance with service targets (call turnaround time and mail response time)

Operations - Specific tasks:

* Securing handling of incoming volume in accordance with specified KPI's
* Daily follow-up on TAT and re-rep
* Knowledge of all large Danish customers and agreements - first point of contact for customers
* Knowledge of all OEM contracts and specifics for the Danish market

Requirements

* Relevant working experience from a customer service / service organization
* Technical background - good knowledge of the repair business
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
* Leadership experience

Personal skills

* Commercial driven - focus on revenue generating activities
* Flexible and open minded
* Team player with communication skills
* Hands-on problem solver with customer focus
* Speaking and writing Danish fluently, speaking and writing Swedish fluently
* English - negotiation level

You will participate in operational meetings with our customers as well as strategic development meetings, making the role both operational and strategic. Some travelling within Denmark should be expected.
