As Service Team Leader, you will lead a skilled and engaged team of four technicians. We provide support to our customers, often on-site and we also handle order management, price requests, maintenance, operation and warranties. Your challenges
In this challenging and varying role you will focus on managing people resources and organizing our service tasks, as well as providing technical expertise to our customers. You will also be responsible for our After Sales budget, in close collaborations with our Marketing Manager. Planning and organizing trainings, approved by our Service Manager, will also be part of your work.

Your profile
To succeed, you need to be confident and driven – always with a focus on satisfied customers. You thrive in a multi-cultural business where you can contribute to our future success with your pedagogical, communicative and collaborative skills.
You are a Mechanical Engineer, or similar, and have at least two years´ experience of cooling and HVAC systems. You also need solid knowledge of MS Office. Experience of PLC programs, assembling and testing is required – as is experience of negotiations and knowledge of contract law. It is a great advantage if you have experience from staff liability or a management position. As part of a global business, fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike.

Functional area
You will be part of ABB Swedewater, Power Products in Landskrona. We manufacture cooling systems utilizing deionized water to cool power electronic products such as thyristor valves, drives, generators and rectifiers. Our offerings vary in complexity and size – with turnovers ranging between 1MSEK to 90MSEK and lead times from ten weeks to several years. We employ around 85 people and sell our solutions to internal as well as external customers. Our cooling systems can be found all over the globe and are used by end-customers operating within industries such as electrical power, heavy industry, health technology, shipbuilding and metal.
