We are looking for a driven and structured Site Financial Controller to our client Nordex in Sundsvall. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and is estimated to last for 6 months. During the assignment you will be employed as one of Poolias appriciated consultants and work from our clients office in Sundsvall and their site in Nysäter.

Dina arbetsuppgifter i huvudsak
Budgeting & forecasting of site running costs and preliminaries.
Undertaking financial analysis and reporting
Ensuring robust financial systems and processes are in place for purchasing and payments.
Overseeing tax and compliance
Developing forecasting models
Supervise the preparation of weekly accounts for the site operations, aligning purchase orders, commitments and actuals.
Risk and opportunity analysis and highlighting areas where cost overruns or savings can be seen.
Supporting contract managers in the preparation of communication, payment applications etc.
Discussing with suppliers to engage services or materials
Obtaining quotations, costing etc. from suppliers.
Raising of purchase order requests and obtaining signatures.
Tracking of costs associated with purchase orders, particularly site costs etc. Forecasting of costs to closure of project.
Arranging for accommodations, hire cars etc. for site staff.
Vem är du?
For this role we are looking for someone with financial controlling and accounts payable/purchasing experience. Some basic contract management skills is a benefit for reviewing agreements and dealing with some smaller size contracts. Furthermore, you have excellent knowledge in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing. SAP experience would be a benefit but not essential. Good skills in Excel is a requirement. We also see that you have a driving license and access to your own car.
