Software Responsible - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Software Responsible to lead and coordinate the SW development for the inverter control module, both in future and ongoing programs, together with your colleagues in the Complete Software Team. You will work together with our Inhouse SW development and be first point of contact towards our international suppliers.
What you'll do:
● Handle communication within VCC and with VCC Partners/Suppliers and have a point of contact for each complete SW (Track/Branch).
● Coordinate and lead activities on a complete SW level and act as a complete SW representative.
● Support that the ART maintain good information flow with existing and new interfaces and increases awareness and visibility of the plans, status, and content of the completer SW.
● Delegate incoming needs to correct team within the ART and maintain an overview of the Key Performance Indicators KPIs, such as: CR implementation status, SWI status, Req impl status, Sub function impl status, delivery plan status.
● Always have the Key Performance Indicators KPIs updated and able to present on request.
● Draw conclusions and highlight risks and request risk mitigation from the Key Performance Indicators.
● Plan forward on a function/sub-function, requirement level and updated delivery plan of the deadlines.
● Mitigate and foresee risks with the deliveries and plans and secure that the complete SW customers receives SW at correct time and place.
● Gather the development stakeholders to same time frame and space, from a vehicle program perspective.
Who you are:
● Possess education within SW engineering, Mechatronic or have an equivalent competence.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of English language.
● It is highly meritorious if you have a relevant job experience relative to SW development.
● Social, structured, and work actively to increase work network and to be a team player.
● Able to lead, present and coordinate events and scenarios that is applicable for multiple teams and ARTs.
