Then it may be you we are looking for! For an assignment at our customer located a bit outside Norrköping, we are looking for a Spanish speaking sales coordinator. In the role as sales coordinator, you have the main responsibility for a number of customers. Through personal contact you always deliver first-class service to the customer. In the role, you will provide service regarding order process from request to final delivery to the customer. 


Period: Starts as soon as possible, assignment from 3 to 6 months. Full time. Working hours: Monday - Friday 08.00-17.00.

Responsibilities
As a sales coordinator, you are responsible for providing first-class customer service regarding the entire order process from request to invoicing and ensure that deliveries to customers take place according to agreement. 


The role includes: 
Handle the complete order fulfilment process in the defined region.
Order administration and customer management, from request to invoice.
Continuously monitor risks in supply chain and pro-actively mitigate those risks.
Ensure that the current delivery service offer to our customers is met.
Provide excellent customer service and communication to customers in writing, on the phone and in person in the language area included in the position.


Qualifications
 We are looking for you who have: 
University degree or vocational training, preferably in logistics or economics, alternatively equivalent work experience.
Experience from working with external customers.
Good computer skills and experience of working in different IT systems.
Be able to communicate fluently in Spanish. English, both spoken and written is a requirement.

A Team player with a good ability to work together.
Good problem-solving skill.
