ABOUT SAFE VEHICLE AUTOMATION

At Safe Vehicle Automation, our about 600 engineers contribute with safety in several areas. On top of the development of a robust, energy efficient and world class Vehicle Motion control platform, our engineers develop functionality for Active Safety and Autonomous Drive that provides an excellent ride experience to the driver and the passengers. Our future function growth and innovation depends on highly capable sensors and a powerful computer platform; therefore, we work in close collaboration with our strategic partners for our platform. Within our scope, we work with also protective safety solutions that secure preventive car behaviors in a scenario where crash cannot be avoided.

ABOUT THE TALENT PROGRAM

The 12 month talent program is a collaboration between Nexer Tech Talent and the department of Safe Vehicle Automation at Volvo Cars. During the year you will combine working within your team with taking part in the learning sessions arranged by Nexer. To get the best possible start you will have a mentor within your team at Volvo Cars and a dedicated Consultant Manager from Nexer Tech Talent.

The talent program contains several different themes – from hard skills within your area of technology, to soft skills such as group dynamics and self-leadership.

The program begins February 21st 2022 and lasts for one year. During this time you will work as a Nexer Tech Talent-consultant and after successful participation you will be offered an employment at Volvo Cars.
