Our Exciting Opportunity
We are now looking for a Strategic Sales and Pricing Director for Service Area Managed Services IT & ADM(Application Development & Maintenance) ​. ICT is transforming the way billions of people work, play and communicate! Consumer lifestyles are changing rapidly, with mobile devices using more data as they access more products and services.

You will
Partner with sales team to secure business and securing maximized value to Ericsson.
Set and manage the approval process for Managed services IT and Application development prices. Advice on Terms &Conditions’, profitability, cash flow and commercial risk.
Manage commercial models and commercial value argumentation including Value Calculator in order to support accounts during negotiations.
Development of price and business models for MS IT ADM new offerings
Setting Prices & Perform price analysis and strategies
Create commercial proposals
Drive price and commercial management excellence & Strategic Pricing
Drive SME pricing responsibilities and pricing review
Drive pricing integration to Ericsson pricing tools


To be successful in the role you must have
Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
Demonstrated experience in pricing and commercial management.
Experience in SW pricing and price steering.
A hands-on person who has solid understanding of key industry commercial & business models.
Having thorough understanding of MS practices of competitors to bring an outside in perspective & be able to compare, contrast, help create winning strategy in competitive landscape.
Persuading & influencing
Knowledge of the sales process and Customer and market insight skills.
Formulating strategies and concepts.
Adhering to principles and values.
Team-player capabilities, with high degree of accountability, creative and result oriented, able to work under pressure, with excellent social and communication skills.


Tools & Resources
Experience in ECP, Premium Proposal, Price Analyzer, Sales Analytics or any other proposal tool
Processes & Tools for the Sales force
