Supervisor

ISMG AB is in need of hiring Supervisors for our Day and Night shifts.


As a Supervisor you will be responsible for the supervision of our eScooter Field Operatives who will be transporting batteries with vans to the e-scooters around the city and surrounding areas in order to change them on site. You will also perform quick quality checks on the vehicles to ensure the vehicles are in good condition and follow all local guidelines set by the authorities. You might also perform relocation of the e-scooters from time to time. You will be locating the e-scooters through a smartphone prior to a full training. You will also perform the tasks of a Field Operative and be responsible for ensuring health and safety compliance while on shift.


Responsibilities:
Monitoring of performance
Problem solving
Transport batteries for e-scooters through vans.
Swap batteries on-site.
Conduct short quality checks on the vehicles
Relocate e-scooter from point A to B



Your Profile:
A can-do and hands-on attitude
Ability to work outdoors and experience working in a fast-paced environment that involved heavy lifting
Ability to work Daytime, Early Mornings and Night shifts
An valid EU Class B drivers’ licence
Able to use a smartphone and familiarity with apps.
Access to a smartphone to allow usage of apps.
